I'm so sorry you're going through this Rusty. You are so right, it's not fair at all. I think an appeal sounds like the way to go, but unfortunately, I don't know much about that. You might need to get an attorney to help you. Maybe someone here will chime in, and be able to offer some advice. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

thanks for caring. I'm fine, went to RD today, He was worried about my husband (his doctor too) who fell last week and went to ER and then 2 days later back to doctor for fellow up. the doc listen to his heart and did an EKG and called an ambulance and had him rush back to ER. They wanted to shock his heart, but couldn't because of bleeding, they did a lot of tests 5 days later sent him home on some new pills and hoping he will be sable enough in a month to try and fix heart. The bleeding is cause from years of arthritis drugs. he has been on a long list, that has been recalled over the years.
I'm going to quit conplaining and be thankful for what they do paid, without insurance we would really be in trouble.
