Hi,
  I haven't been in here in a very long time.  I was just wondering if anyone who's takeing Enbrel tends to get hot flashes from it?  I've only had Rehumatoid Arthritis for 3 yrs.  I want to thank anyone in advance for your answers.  I'm glad to be back here, and I hope that I can help anyone who needs to talk.

I am on my third month of enbrel. I love it . But...I too am having hot flashes like crazy. Mind you I am 50 and was having some hot flashes before but they have definately intensified. I found laying off the caffiene a bit helps some.

RX...methotrexate, enbrel,effexar75, prednersone tylenol3

Active tuberculosis, including reactivation of latent tuberculosis. Patients with tuberculosis have frequently presented with disseminated or extra pulmonary disease. Patients should be tested for latent tuberculosis before ENBREL use and during therapy. Treatment for latent infection should be initiated prior to ENBREL use.

Just wanted to say hello Dotti Smile You may get a lot more replies if you go the the other forum (Rheumatoid Arthritis) and place your question there. I just started Enbrel a few weeks ago so havent noticed much yet, except some headaches. I hope you get some more replies.
