Warrior Angels

This page dedicated to the loving memory
of those Arthritis Warriors turned Warrior Angels.
May they rest in peace and live forever in our hearts.
Journey
Death is the end of a journey,
To a gateway of everlasting life.
Life is an illusion,
For tomorrow is not promised.
We know not what we may gain from death,
Only what we will lose.
But death is a journey,
To a painless everlasting life

My Friend
I had a friend
Who was always there
With a laugh and a smile
And advice to share
He would bolster my spirits
When I felt low
When I needed direction
He'd show me where to go
He was kind and gentle
Patient and true
He was needed by many
Had so much to do
I turned once to find him
But he was no longer there
I was saddened and maddened
It just wasn't fair
How many chances
Had I let slip away
Thinking I'll wait till tomorrow
No time today
Now tomorrow is here
And he has flown
From this experience
I have grown
I will ever again
Wait one extra day
To let my friends hear
What I have to say
